Key Responsibilities: 1.Account Management: Manage and grow relationships with luxury hotel spas and clinics, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty. 2.Business Development: Identify and open new accounts with high-end hotel spas, introducing our curated product offerings. 3.Training: Coordinate product training sessions for spa staff. 4.Sales Growth: Develop strategies to increase product sales and maximize revenue across all accounts. 5.Client Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring they have everything required for success. 6.Reporting & Analysis: Track account performance and provide regular updates to the management team on sales targets and account activities.Requirements: 1.Proven experience in account management within the luxury hotel or spa industry. 2.3+ years\' of relevant work experience 3.Fluency in English is a must 4.Strong understanding of skincare and wellness products. 5.Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. 6.Ability to develop and execute strategies to grow client relationships and increase sales. 7.Proven track record of managing high-end or key accounts and exceeding sales targets. 8.Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently. 9.Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)Min Experience:3 YearsSalary :AED 20000Temp/Perm::PermanentLocation :DubaiPosted Date:October 11, 2024
