The Role: Key Account ManagerLocation Dubai-UAEEmployment Type Full-timeThe Company: Marketing & AdvertisingOur clients is involved in Delivering marketing solutions to retail chains and consumer goods designs Intelligent Promo Solutions that influences shopper\xe2\x80\x99s behavior and delivery data. An experienced Key accounts manager will directly contribute to the development of company sales. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Manage a large portfolio of customers.
- Successfully create a profitable business from new and existing customer accounts
- Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure perfect customer relationship management including:
- Perfect understanding of customer marketing needs, requirements, and objectives.
- Act as an effective \xe2\x80\x9ctrusted advisor\xe2\x80\x9d in the delivery of the optimum marketing solutions.
- Prepare promotion plans, adapted recommendations, and price offers accordingly.
- Ensure campaign follow-up from brand brief, and budget proposal to promotion execution, results analysis, and secure payment collection.
- Continuously seek ways to raise levels of customer service (feedback, service improvement\xe2\x80\xa6)
- Report to the Head of Sales
- 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 quota carrying direct sales experience.
- 3 years experience in the Consumer goods industry
- Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
- Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong network in the GCC retail sector
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- English and Arabic speaker
