Our client designs Intelligent Promo Solutions that influences shoppers behavior and gathers delivery data.As an experienced Key accounts manager will directly contribute to the development of company sales, with new and old customers. The candidate for this position will excel at creating and closing new opportunities. By using a consultative approach (will be used in interview so please consider this phrase) to selling, this person will use their expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.Responsibilities:Reporting to the head of sales you will be responsible for:
Generating and developing new sales leads
Manage a current portfolio of customers.
Successfully create a profitable business from new and existing customer accounts
Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers.
Customer relationship management including writing briefs on: Understanding of customer marketing needs, requirements, and objectives.
Act as an effective trusted advisor in the delivery of the optimum marketing solutions.
Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies to increase market share.
Prepare promotion plans, adapted recommendations, and price offers accordingly.
Ensure campaign follow-up from marketing brief, and budget proposal to promotion execution, results analysis, and secure payment collection.
Continuously seek ways to raise levels of support for customers to increase business flow and increased upselling of opportunities
Collaborating with the sales team and other departments to achieve overall business objectives.
Qualifications
5 years quota carrying direct sales experience.
3 years experience in the Consumer goods industry
Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
Strong network in the GCC retail sector
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MUST be fluent in English and Arabic
Must be comfortable working in a small office enviornment with management and seniors continuous interactions.
