Accountable for the MX B2B KPIs, forecasting and management planning of assigned categories and maximizing B2B Sales
Building strong relations with corporates and developing/expanding current channels/programs
Acquire new partners/customers in new territories and within addressed markets
Drive communication, product listing, VOCs for Samsung care+ for business products, Mobile data management solution
Collaborate with Operators to drive Knox, Samsung Care+ product bundling
Engage with telco while interfacing with global leads to drive existing and new Knox solutions efforts such as RFIs, RFPs etc.
Manage end to end project and solution deployment within customer defined scope of work
Define the Knox alliances strategy within the ecosystem to support mobile sales enhancement programs such as EIP (Easy Installment Program), BNPL (Buy Now Pay later)
Liaise to determine competitive pricing, securing stocks and promotional activities for each product category
Provide recommendations to improve channel sales with focus on driving premium sell-out strategies
Participate in business case development, sales deck creation and delivery as well as ROI-projections
Track channel sales targets, provide necessary analysis and drive countries with action plan to achieve target
Data management and reporting on daily, weekly and monthly sales insights
Create ad-hoc and regular reports to senior leadership on key plans and results
Skills and QualificationsQualifications
Strong understanding of Online Businesses (at least 7 years of relevant work experience)
Experience in supporting EMM/MDM solutions or any software defined solutions.
Knowledge in network automation. E2E solutions, and mobile products.
Knowledge in Cloud based solutions, subscription based model and On-Prem solutions
Experience in relationship building and growing of current channels
Strong analytical skills to be able to track and generate data based insights
Comfortable in a cross-functional environment, flexible and open to ideas from all areas and levels of the organization, while also confident and decisive in a large organization
Demonstrate ability to learn quickly and manage change effectively
Strong understanding of market dynamics and technology
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Understanding of Cloud technology and services, REST APIs, MDM, Android, Android Enterprise.
Previous customer-facing experience like pre-sales experience.
Strong ability to understand customer's business and technical development plans.
Innovation and ability to introduce new business models to serve B2B market needs.
