Job Description

TasksAs Key Account Manager Component Services you will take over the following tasks:
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the Aircraft Component Services division
  • Drive revenue growth and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate across departments to create and adjust business plans and offers
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement strategies to optimize performance
  • Increase customer loyalty and satisfaction through strategic initiatives
  • Negotiate contract adjustments and collaborate on special projects to support customer needs and drive business results

  • Strong educational background in (industrial) engineering, economics or technical aviation management
  • Must have a deep understanding of business administration and technical concepts
  • Previous experience in Aviation MRO sales, customer service, logistics or materials management is a plus
  • Must be fluent in English and knowledge of Turkish is desirable
  • We are seeking individuals with exceptional customer service skills, negotiation abilities, and a high level of intercultural competence
  • Must possess a legal work permit in United Arab Emirates
