The what?
Looking for a multitasker who can manage project coordinating with account managers and creative teams at the agency. You will be the focal point in enhancing projects by bringing ideas to the table, work with supporting teams in creative departments (design & media).
Your core responsibilities will be to work with the and supporting department leaders to ensure projects are delivered and all deliverables are provided within set deadlines.
Agency experience is mandatory. Multi-project execution experience is also Mandatory.
•Key Responsibilities: •
• Set up framework for the brand activities across the digital & social realm.
• Establishing ideas and working on execution of marketing calendars, briefing teams to execute plans
• Using company issued project management software to schedule and allocate work to teams
• Assisting in the creation of strategies for major digital/social media brands & product launches & other major campaigns
• Advising affiliate plans & working with PR managers to execute
• You will also need to work in close coordination with the Group Accounts Director, and Head of Social Media activations to make sure all our efforts are utilized for maximum efficiency
• Reviewing and consulting managers on data and analytics from monthly client reports
• Hands-on understanding of using social media listening, posting, and community management tools to ensure robust management of social media platforms
• Identify, develop and keep track of key metrics across campaigns and develop post-campaign reports, achievements, and suggestions for best practices and improvements
• Bringing humane interaction with users through communities online
•Desired Qualities: •
• 3-4 years of Marketing experience in agencies: We love working with freshers who have brilliant ideas, however, this specific role is much advanced and involves taking charge and handling responsibilities that can be managed by experienced individuals.
• Knowledge of digital space & trends in the Middle East (primarily UAE) is a huge plus point
• Fluent in English is a MUST
• Collaborative, self-motivated, resourceful, insightful & ability to manage large scale projects & teams
The most important quality: the ideal candidate should be a leader who can manage multiple teams and execute out-of-the-box ideas brought by you and the creative director. As we all are huge fans of David Ogilvy, we believe (just as he did) in the efficiency of good copy in advertising apart from the creative side. We will be looking at your copy skills along with your creative ideas.
