Our client is an IT solutions company which focuses on providing services such as cybersecurity, IT service desk, infrastructure, digital transformation etc.We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT solutions sales, strong industry knowledge, and the ability to manage and grow key accounts. This role focuses on achieving sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining strong client relationships.Responsibilities:Financial:
Achieve quarterly and yearly sales targets.
Ensure high gross margins on sales deals.
Adhere to company sales and service terms & conditions.
Collect payments promptly.
Prepare regular progress and business reports.
Business Growth:
Manage resources to achieve key account results.
Serve as the primary interface between customers and internal/external parties.
Verify proposal details before submission.
Lead new business pitches and client onboarding.
Conduct detailed account planning and documentation.
Grow and develop existing clients and generate new business.
Customers:
Represent the client at the company and vice versa.
Maintain strong, rewarding client relationships.
Respond promptly to client inquiries and complaints.
Manage industry sector accounts on a national basis.
Establish credibility with key customer executives.
Regularly review and act on customer feedback.
Team Coordination & Self-Development:
Collaborate with managers, solution architects, and pre-sales teams.
Manage sales and after-sales activities.
Coordinate team activities for consistent service.
Monitor and report on competitive activity.
Continuously develop skills through training and certification.
Update CRM with customer data regularly.
Required Experience:
Minimum 5 years in sales, with at least 3 years selling IT solutions in the region.
Strong connections with large enterprises in the region.
