Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
2. Market Knowledge and Strategic Planning:
Understand the dynamics of the Emirati market, including cultural nuances and business practices.
Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and meet sales targets.
3. Sales and Business Development:
Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and acquire new clients.
Work collaboratively with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs.
4. Communication and Reporting:
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders in both English and Arabic.
Prepare regular reports on account status, sales progress, and strategic initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Knowledge of the Emirati market dynamics, cultural nuances, and business practices.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve targets.
Fluency in both English and Arabic languages is preferred.
