Responsibilities 1.Develop and seek new business opportunities in Abu Dhabi market by targeting new customers to increase our market share and profitability. 2.Introduce, promote, and sell a range of performance coating products in Abu Dhabi through regular customer visits to maintain good relationships and obtain market information. 3.Follow-up on projects by coordinating and monitoring closely with project personnel to ensure products are used to achieve the sales KPIs. 4.Troubleshoot, resolve and escalate specific customer problems and ensure closure with high customers satisfaction. 5.Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery, good customer service, and achieve company goals. 6.Monitor collections to ensure customer payment is received within an agreed term to achieve budgeted days sales outstanding. 7.Responsible for the market mapping and expansion within Abu Dhabi by keeping current data updated with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors to increase market share. Requirements 1.Bachelors degree in engineering / chemical engineering or related field. 2.Proven experience as of 5-7 years in sales, preferably handling key accounts in the coatings or infrastructure industry. 3.Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi market and key players in the infrastructure sector is an advantage. 4.Excellent in English communication and negotiation skills. 5.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 office, CRM software and sales analytics tools. 6.Having a GCC light vehicle driving license is an advantage
