We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Executive to manage and grow our key accounts in the HORECA sector. This role involves building strong client relationships, increasing sales, and meeting company goals.
Strategic Responsibilities:
• Participate in preparation of sales plan/ forecast with Brand Manager - HORECA. Implement activities as per the agreed plan and carry out cost control measures to achieve set targets within the budgetary limits
• Promote brand strategy in conjunctions with suppliers/principals to achieve and attain the targeted market share and ranking within given universe/ channel
Functional Responsibilities
Planning & Budgeting
• Provide support in developing sales forecasts through effective market research & feasibility study
• Execute the annual plan & sales forecast to ensure operations/ sales are conducted within the agreed financial parameters in the Accounts of HORECA Channel (excluding top 10 accounts)
• Determine and review sales forecast for all products by accounts / category / SKU / universe, etc. against the results achieved regularly.
Business Development
• Explore and identify opportunities for new business development initiatives, ventures, new brands and product lines via expansion of the customer base portfolio and product penetration
• Promote Brand Equity; Protect and enhance Brand image and market reputation in the HORECA Channel. Maximize the visibility and availability of the brands in each outlet within the Account
Business Operation
• Build distribution in HORECA channels. Ensure operational activities are carried out in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Monitor sales against targets on a regular basis to ensure target are achieved within the specified timeframe
• Recommend terms of business with customers. Follow up on renewal of existing contracts and coordinates with Business Development Manager - HORECA regarding the new contracts
• Participate in planning, implementing & executing the brand activation in the HORECA Channel. Obtain & consolidate feedback on any promotional activities or potential sponsoring of various events
• Ensure achievement of key performance targets for: sales, spending, new listing, training & mystery shopping, Information Intelligence & PR, collection and other measurements of operational performance. Implement timely corrective and improvement actions, where appropriate (excluding top 10 accounts)
• Report market and competitive activities with recommendations on actions and objectives that should be taken
• Maintain & update customer universe on a regular basis
Customer Management
• Establish and maintain an excellent relationship with customers at all levels especially senior managers to introduce new range/s, and promote existing products (Food & Beverage Managers, Banquet Managers, Restaurant Manager
• Ensure customer satisfaction levels are maintained as agreed. Deal with day-to-day customer problems, complaints, or issues and ensure prompt action for timely resolution. Escalate where needed
• Monitor the performance of customers
People Development
• Manage, support and provide guidance to the team in order to contribute in achieving strategic functional goals and objectives of the Company
General Responsibilities
• Carry out other similar duties that can be defined within the broad functional job and functional responsibilities outlined above. These may include special missions assigned by direct superior, support to other units, providing on the job training, etc

Experience:
• Sales in HORECA: 3 years (Preferred)
