We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Russian Speaking Key Account Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our most important clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. This role requires excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the sales process. The Key Account Executive will work closely with various departments to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth. You will be the main point of contact for key clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives. Your ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional service will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients.
• Serve as the main point of contact for key accounts.
• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Monitor account performance and provide regular updates.
• Resolve client issues and concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
• Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Participate in industry events and conferences.

Requirements and skills:

• Russian Speaking is Must
• At least 1 year of experience of relevant role in Tourism Industry.
• Fresher's are also welcome.
• Young with dynamic personality.
• High school degree with Proficiency in English preferred
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
• Fast learner and passion for sales
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
