Develop and implement strategies to identify, target, and acquire new key accounts.
Successfully sign new accounts, expanding our customer base and market share.
Take ownership of key accounts, overseeing their performance and ensuring alignment with volume and sales targets.
Develop / secure new business opportunities with key accounts within the territory/Market and grow specific key accounts by developing and negotiating business plans supported with performance related CDAs to profitably grow volume and share within the key accounts/channel
Implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of commercial agreements and negotiate favorable terms.
Ensure that all agreements comply with company policies and legal standards.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and mitigate challenges.
Qualifications:
Holds a university degree in a relevant field
Possess a minimum of 3 year of hands-on experience in HORECA/Hotels within the FMCG sector in the UAE.
Sales experience with FMCG companies with minimum 3 years in Account Executive position in Dubai
Must have a valid UAE Driving License
Demonstrate a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
