Roles and Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain websites and landing pages on Kajabi
• Set up and manage general site maintenance, ensuring responsiveness, functionality, and speed optimization
• Customize coding, troubleshoot issues, and ensure consistent website performance
• Migrate content from pre-existing resources and pages into Kajabi
• Create, test, and optimize user experiences for various devices (desktop, tablet, and mobile)
• Set up various Kajabi features such as email sequences, offers, coupons, events, tags, segments, and content uploads
• Implement SEO best practices for Kajabi pages, ensuring visibility and ranking
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to integrate marketing campaigns, funnels, and lead generation tools
• Ensure seamless integration of third-party tools and plugins (e.g., payment gateways, email marketing services, and analytics tools)
• Monitor website performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and provide recommendations for improvements
• Stay updated on Kajabi software updates and new features, and implement them as needed
• Participate in project planning meetings to align technical solutions with business goals
• Document your steps, updates, and procedures for seamless team collaboration and future reference (absolute MUST)
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure a smooth user experience
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends
• Be good at communicating with our team on calls
• Ability to work fast and be flexible
Qualifications
• Experience in graphic design
• Experience developing distributed systems using AWS
• Proficiency in Adobe XD software
• Must be self-motivated, possess strong communication skills and be able to work in a team-oriented environment required
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Experience with database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
• Understanding of RESTful API design and development
• Ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
• Experience with Adobe XD or other design tools and graphic design familiarity
• Proficiency in database management and CMS systems such as Kajabi and Wordpress
• Basic knowledge of SEO best practices and integration of social media marketing tools
• Familiarity with creating and managing email sequences, offers, and custom events in Kajabi
• Strong attention to detail and a focus on consistency
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage workload efficiently
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position
