Key roles and responsibilities 1. Lead the coordination process with other disciplines. 2. Corrects and updates design documents. 3. Serves as an architectural resource for the Design department. 4. Provides resolution for technical engineering challenges. 5. Reviewing and processing all shop drawings and architectural technical submittals. 6. Attend project, site progress and any related technical meetings as directed by the project manager. 7. Prepare draft site/engineer\xe2\x80\x99s instructions, relating to the project, as required and issue to the project manager. 8. Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate. 9. Keep up with the newest architecture design, trends and technology. 10. Coordinate with clients, sub-consultants, project team and contractors. 11. Review and summarize all statutory requirements for local authority submissions. Technical skills and experience required 1. Minimum one-year experience in the consultant firm 2. Communication and project management skills 3. Degree in Architecture. 4. Visual awareness and an eye for details 5. Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with design software (AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe photoshop, SketchUp) and other architectural software. 6. Effective communication and collaboration skills. 7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. 8. Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials and building code. 9. Job Type: Full-time Education:
