The Role

We are seeking a talented and passionate Junior-mid level Design Architect to join a team UAE-Dubai. The successful candidate will work on a variety of projects and play a key role in the design and development of architectural solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to grow their career in a dynamic and innovative environment. Responsibilities: - Collaborate with senior architects and project managers to develop design concepts and architectural solutions - Contribute to the preparation of design and construction documents, including drawings, models, and presentations - Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design concepts and gather feedback - Assist in the coordination of project activities, including site visits, meetings with consultants, and coordination with contractors - Contribute to the development and implementation of sustainable design strategies and technologies - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance design capabilities



Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field - 2-5 years of experience in architectural design and project development - Proficiency in architectural design software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp - Strong design and visualization skills, with the ability to communicate ideas effectively through drawings and presentations - Knowledge of sustainable design principles and experience in integrating sustainable strategies into projects - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Passion for innovation and creativity, with a strong desire to contribute to the development of impactful architectural solutions
