Overview:

A

ZOHO Consultant

is responsible for implementing, configuring, and managing

ZOHO Analytics, ZOHO CRM, and ZOHO Creator

to optimize business workflows. The role focuses on

data visualization, automation, and integration

, ensuring that ZOHO solutions are tailored to meet business needs. The consultant will work closely with internal stakeholders to analyze requirements, provide solutions, and improve processes using

ZOHO products

.

Key Responsibilities:

ZOHO Implementation & Configuration

Deploy, configure, and manage

ZOHO Analytics, ZOHO CRM, and ZOHO Creator

. Optimize business workflows using ZOHO products.

Requirement Analysis & Solution Customization

Work with internal teams to understand business requirements. Customize and tailor ZOHO solutions accordingly.

Automation & Custom Development

Write and optimize

Deluge scripts

for process automation. Develop custom functionalities within ZOHO applications.

Technical Support & Integration

Provide expert guidance and troubleshooting on

ZOHO products

. Integrate ZOHO with

third-party applications

using

ZOHO APIs, webhooks, and REST APIs

.

Data Management & Reporting

Assist with

data migration

and create

custom dashboards

using

ZOHO Analytics

. Develop

analytical reports

for business insights.

Training & Documentation

Conduct

user training

on ZOHO products. Maintain

documentation

on configurations and best practices.

Continuous Improvement

Stay updated on

new ZOHO features

and industry best practices. Recommend

innovative solutions

for business growth.

Mandatory

Skills:

ZOHO Expertise:

Experience in

ZOHO Analytics, ZOHO CRM, ZOHO Creator, and ZOHO Campaigns

.

Scripting & Databases:

Strong knowledge of

Deluge scripting

and

MySQL Queries

.

API & Integration:

Experience with

ZOHO API integrations, webhooks, and REST APIs

.

Dashboard & Report Development:

Ability to build

custom dashboards

and reports in

ZOHO Analytics
