This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile transactions, providing strategic insights on capital structuring and credit ratings for a diverse client base.Key Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience within:
- Credit rating agencies
- Corporate finance and accounting
- Investment banking
- Debt advisory and capital structuring
- Leveraged Finance and Acquisition Finance
- Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strong understanding of credit rating methodologies and frameworks.
- Proven experience in debt structuring and advisory.
- Exposure to Energy, Metals & Mining, Oil & Gas, and Telecoms sectors is advantageous.
