Fresh graduates may apply.Utilize a range of graphic tools and visualization techniques to effectively communicate design concepts to clients, stakeholders, and the broader community.Proficient with Midjourney, grasshopper, scripting and AI related programs or comparable software.Undertake an element of research with respect to emerging trends, best practices, and technologies in urban design.Working knowledge of standard regulations and best practice principles, with strong problem-solving skills.Understanding of mid- to large-scale masterplanning projects. Knowledge on transit oriented development, industrial and/or leisure/tourism masterplanning projects is a plus.Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Suite, Rhino, AutoCAD and SketchUp.
