Responsibilities:The junior Trade Marketing Manager supports the Sales and Marketing Team in all aspects of the marketing plan execution for Travel Retail markets. The JTMM reports directly to the Regional Head of Travel Retail and works closely with all departments including Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Operations.Job Purpose:
The JTMM is the direct interface between sales teams and brand managers. He/she influences internally base business, all launches, re-launches, promotions. The JTMM is responsible of all relevant targets as the development of the trade story.
He/she unleashes hidden opportunities in marketing & sales and brings them to life where He/she makes business opportunities in close co-operation with relevant partners by developing focused activity plans and delivering flawless execution in selected channels.

Market Mapping:
Identify the markets potential for sustainable growth
Consumer\'s insights and clear segmentation: who are our existing clients and how can we recruit new ones
Better understanding of the various channels and the dynamics of each channel.
Analyze the Competition, their strategy, and the winning formulas.
Identify what is the optimal go to market strategy on how to win in different channels.
Recommend brand/ assortment mix, distribution, pricing strategy and investment priorities.
Accelerate sell out:
Will be consistently looking for gaps and opportunities to grow the business.
Design and implement different offers to drive sell out while staying line with the brands\' guidelines.
Highlight markets need to brand managers for global support
Own trade plans in collaboration with the commercial teams and aiming for profitable growth while improving market share.
Will always challenge the proposed trade plans by our distributors aiming at optimizing our Trade Spend ROI.
Ensure that our BTL placements are well synced with our ATL campaigns for maximum output.
Full ownership of the perfect store program including capex investments, merchandising plans, better visibility, and assortment rationalization.
Ensure quarterly trainings for all markets
Analysis & reporting:
Analyze sell out data and present to the team on monthly basis what are the major findings and the recommended actions going forward.
Present close out reports for new launches, activations, and promotions.
Share a quarterly recap on trade plans ROI highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Share monthly market visits reports
Budgets & controls
Monitor closely Trade Spend and A&CP actuals vs budgets monthly.
Lead capex projects and the weekly merchandising meetings.
Owns the forecasting process in collaboration with the commercial and supply chain teams
Others
Frequent travels to the markets are required
Lead the organization of events involving distributors and retailers of TR markets.
Job Requirements:Qualifications:
Bachelor in business, marketing or any related discipline
Excellent communication skills including very good command of English
Passion for flawless execution
Strong Team Spirit
3-5 years\' experience in trade/ shopper marketing Trade Marketing or related experience
