Have an in-depth understanding of the computer products
Stay updated on new product launches, features, and benefits to explain them clearly to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Understand customer needs and tailor the product offerings to meet their requirements.
Deliver product presentations and explain technical details in a way that is understandable to customers.
Address any customer concerns, objections, or questions during the sales process.
Close deals, ensuring that customer requirements are met in terms of delivery and after-sales service.
Work towards achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize ways to meet the business goals.
Research and understand market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape in the Middle East IT industry.
Share insights with management to improve products or strategies.
Identify opportunities for upselling additional products
Recommend complementary products that enhance the customer's overall purchase.
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns, offers, or bundles.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any post-purchase issues.
Provide support for warranties, returns, and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
Strong communication and sales skills, particularly over the phone.
Good knowledge of IT and computer products.
Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
