Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians in the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting .
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure systems are operating efficiently.
• Support the team in diagnosing and repairing technical issues.
• Document service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant coursework is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with CO2, fiber laser cutting machines, UV printers, fiber laser marking machines & CNC routers or similar systems.
• Previous experience in a technician
