Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Technical Sales Manager
Location: Sharjah
Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Technical certifications or knowledge in marine systems or equipment is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical sales or support role in the marine industry.
• Familiarity with marine equipment, systems, or software (e.g., navigation systems, propulsion, vessel automation) is highly desirable.
• Prior exposure to customer-facing roles in technical sales or technical support within the maritime sector is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of marine technology, products, and industry regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple client accounts or projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
