Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Designer at K4 Technical Services, located in Dubai.

• Take Creative Designs Concept and Tender Documentation and developing into Execution Drawings (taking into consideration site conditions, budget, and technical possible difficulties) (Shop Drawings)
• Review all design documentation for completeness, safety, reliability, manufacturability, and adherence to budget goals.
• Supporting the Design team in the development of design solutions as required.
• Red flag any current or potential design crisis as early as possible, so priorities can be rearranged to mitigate the impact.
• Highlight significant scope changes to Project Management.
• Lead detailed technical discussions. Supporting the preparation of specifications for construction, technical surveys, and design.
• Serve as a reviewer and a technical auditor to ensure technical assurance.
• Undertake self-checking and assist with technical checks of work undertaken by the team.
• Provide quality control for compliance with company/project standards of deliverables.
• Actively contribute to project design development by contributing to internal coordination, clash

detection, and design review sessions as well as external presentations to clients.

• Supervise the work of the Technical Designer/Draftsmen Junior Position.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design/Interior Architecture or certification in a related field is preferred
• Technical Design, Villa projects, and Fitting skills
• Pattern Making and Architecture skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to interpret and translate concepts into technical designs
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in the villa projects(Residential industry is a plus )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
