Assist the Supply Chain team in various supply chain activities and MIS reporting. Reports to the Head of Supply Chain & Contracts. The role is for an individual with 3 to 4 years- experience in procurement and contracting. The individual should be willing to learn on the job and handle multiple responsibilities across the supply chain.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Identify new potential suppliers, establish strategic relationships with key suppliers
Issues Requests For Quotations for procurement of materials and services
Maintain a supplier evaluation system and coordinate with vendors to help improve their performance
Follow up with vendors to ensure orders are in processed and deliveries are completed within due dates
Ensure QC requirements on deliveries, follow-up with vendors and closeout any deviations and OSDR
Support warehouse / operations / accounting teams on documentation and tracking information
Conduct Inventory analysis, consumption patterns and support development of procurement plan. Provide inputs Head of Supply Chain for developing procurement strategies
Identify best practices and drive continuous improvement in Supply Chain processes
Prepare MIS reports and analysis on spends, KPIs for management review

Ensures adherence to Company HSEQ policies
Continuous Improvements of Position
Continuous up gradation of skills through trainings in logistics management.
Bachelor degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Engineering. Diploma in Logistics Management or Supply Chain management preferred.
Minimum Professional Experience Required
Minimum 3 to 4 years-experience in procurement/contracting, preferably in oil & gas or oil & gas service companies. The individual should be willing to learn on the job and take up multiple responsibilities across the supply chain.
