By harnessing innovative technology, Travel Zone is dedicated to creating a more connected and seamless travel experience, shaping the future of global travel. : As a Junior Supplier Relationship Manager, you will support the Business Development and Relationship Management team in managing and developing relationships with our suppliers, including hotels, flights, and new products such as visas and car rentals. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in supplier onboarding, maintaining regular communication, and providing support to the product team in identifying potential new suppliers.Responsibilities:
Assist in the development and management of supplier relationships.
Support the product team in identifying and onboarding new suppliers for products like visas and car rentals.
Maintain regular communication with suppliers to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues.
Attend industry fairs and events to represent Travel Zone.
Prepare reports on supplier performance and feedback for internal teams.
Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and industry trends.
Assist in negotiating terms and conditions with suppliers.
Ensure accurate and up-to-date supplier information in the database.
Provide administrative support to the senior management team as needed.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote new supplier offerings.
Follow up on supplier payments, billing, and credit terms to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
Coordinate with the finance team to resolve any billing or payment issues.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel for industry events and supplier meetings.
