Job Description
Are you looking for an opportunity to work in the world of logistics and warehousing? We at IIQAF are seeking a qualified and self-motivated Junior Storekeeper to join our team and take on an exciting challenge! The Junior Storekeeper will maintain all materials, products, and shipments that come into and out of the facility.
Responsibilities:
- Receive, identify, unload, count, store and distribute material and products
- Load and unload trucks with materials and shipments
- Pick and pack orders for customers and coordinate shipments with carriers
- Maintain an accurate inventory and record all outgoing and incoming stock
- Ensure that all goods are stored safely and securely on shelves, pallets, or within designated areas
- Inspect and count incoming and outgoing merchandise to ensure accuracy
- Assist with the proper packaging and labeling of products
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment
- Comply with all safety regulations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in warehousing, inventory, or logistics is preferred
- Good physical fitness and ability to lift heavy items
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Strong problem solving skills and proficiency with computers
