A clear Passion for food and the culinary arts.
Diploma in Culinary Arts or Hotel Management School.
Trainer for all Food Hygiene Courses and HACCP Courses.
Minimum of 3 - 5 years experience in a 4* or 5* hotel with various positions from Commis, Chef de Partie, Sous Chef.
Knowledge in computer (MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
What will you do?
Be responsible for overall culinary operation including purchasing, receiving, storage and product control
Help plan and implement creative menus.
Work closely with the Chef De Cuisine to assure smooth running in all aspects of the culinary operation.
Ensure the realisation of team established quality and service standards.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness/orderliness at the bar and surrounding areas.
