Social Media Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media marketing, with the ability to plan, organize, and schedule content, create reports with insightful notes, and manage community engagement. The candidate must also be proficient in English and Arabic copywriting and up-to-date with the latest social media trends and updates.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and schedule content across our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• Create reports with insightful notes on the performance of our social media campaigns, including engagement rates, reach, and follower growth.
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Develop and maintain a content plan and calendar to ensure that our social media channels are consistently updated with fresh and engaging content.
• Come up with creative ideas for social media campaigns and collaborate with our marketing team to execute them.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and updates to ensure that our social media strategy is relevant and effective.
• Work under pressure and meet tight deadlines as needed.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on content planning, scheduling, and community management.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic copywriting.
• Ability to plan, organize, and schedule content across multiple social media channels.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to create reports with insightful notes on social media performance.
• Excellent community management skills and the ability to respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Ability to come up with creative ideas for social media campaigns.
• Up-to-date with the latest social media trends and updates.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
