Responsibilities:

• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative social media strategies and content ideas for client accounts
• Assist in taking clients' content live by scheduling and posting on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn
• Engage with followers and respond to queries and comments across social media channels in a timely and professional manner
• Shadow and potentially assist in video shoots for social media content, gaining valuable hands-on experience in content production
• Collaborate with senior team members to learn about social media analytics, reporting, and campaign performance tracking
• Take an active role in contributing content ideas, staying updated on social media trends, and learning various aspects of social media posting and management

Requirements:

• A passion for social media marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field
• Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction from senior team members
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
• Familiarity with major social media platforms and an eagerness to stay informed about industry trends
• Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing (internships or relevant coursework) is a plus but not required
