Job Description

As a Junior Social & Digital Executive, you will support our digital marketing initiatives, manage social media platforms, and assist in creating compelling content to enhance our online presence. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with some experience looking to grow their career in digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
• Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement
• Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns
• Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Basic knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
