As a Junior Social & Digital Executive, you will support our digital marketing initiatives, manage social media platforms, and assist in creating compelling content to enhance our online presence. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or someone with some experience looking to grow their career in digital marketing. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of social media strategies
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Monitor and respond to social media interactions, fostering community engagement
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve performance
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop digital marketing campaigns
- Assist in managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.)
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising and analytics tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus
