Job Description

:Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Site Engineer in supervising day-to-day construction activities.
Supervise and monitor construction progress in accordance with approved drawings and specifications.
Conduct regular site inspections and prepare comprehensive daily/weekly progress reports.
Support in the preparation of method statements and risk assessments.
Assist in project planning, including coordinating logistics and scheduling.
Ensure adherence to engineering standards, codes, specifications, and regulations.
Resolve technical issues promptly, providing guidance and support to the construction team.
Collaborate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to maintain project timelines and quality standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Proven experience in construction or site engineering roles (internship experience considered).
Solid understanding of construction procedures, methods, and standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and documents.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and practices.
