Requirements
Accurately input and organize data using Excel spreadsheets to maintain clean and structured data.
Conduct advanced analysis on datasets, including sorting, filtering, and creating complex charts and graphs to extract valuable insights.
Generate detailed reports based on analyzed data for review and presentation.
Ensure the integrity and functionality of Excel spreadsheets by identifying errors and making necessary updates.
Develop advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.
Identify and resolve issues related to data management and optimize data processes.
Assist the team with maintaining relevant documentation to ensure clarity and proper tracking of data-related activities.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of SAP HR ECC/S4 and SuccessFactors (SF) Employee Central.
Familiarity with SAP data migration and replication processes.
Basic knowledge of Integration Center, BIB, and I-Flows.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, functions, pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming.
Strong ability to ensure accuracy in data entry, analysis, and reporting.
Excellent skills in troubleshooting issues and optimizing data management processes.
Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and present findings.
Ability to manage tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
Expertise in advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, macros, and VBA programming.
Experience with other data analysis tools or software packages is a plus.
Basic knowledge of statistical concepts to assist with data interpretation.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new tools and techniques as required by the role.
Assess the viability of migration, conduct pre-migration impact assessments, and communicate with relevant stakeholders.
Extract data from source systems, ensuring high quality and completeness.
Transform data to meet the target system's requirements, ensuring consistency and accuracy throughout the process.
Load transformed data into the target system, adhering to established guidelines and procedures.
Validate migrated data to ensure it meets accuracy and consistency standards.
Conduct a comprehensive review of the migration process, identifying and addressing any issues.
Oversee the migration strategy, including defining objectives, timelines, and metrics for success.
Ensure proper mapping of data fields from the source to the target system, including using staging tables.
Track and report metrics for data volume, accuracy, completeness, and results from validation processes.
