Position Summary
We are looking for 31 motivated Junior Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales and revenue growth by promoting and selling our suite of innovative products to prospective clients. As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, and building strong relationships with clients to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and research potential clients in the target market, including companies and recruitment agencies, to generate leads and opportunities for sales.
• Sales Presentations : Conduct compelling sales presentations and demonstrations of products to showcase their value proposition and benefits to clients.
• Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients through regular communication, follow-up, and personalized assistance to understand their needs and requirements.
• Sales Negotiation : Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure deals and achieve sales targets, ensuring mutual satisfaction and alignment of interests.
• Market Research : Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for sales growth and product enhancement.
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the sales team, marketing team, and other stakeholders to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
• Sales Reporting : Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including leads, prospects, sales calls, and client interactions, using CRM software or other sales tracking tools.
Qualifications
• High School or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or business development.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.
• General familiarity with digital solutions and online marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
