Job Description

Sun Packaging Systems (FZC), a subsidiary of Thai Plaspac Public Company Limited (TPAC), is a leading designer and manufacturer of rigid packaging for the FMCG sector. TPAC has 17 production facilities, making it the fastest-growing packaging company in the region.

Job Role:

- Sales Executives are needed to lead the sales cycle, from qualifying leads to closing deals.

- They will be the public face of TPAC UAE, promoting the company's mission to provide the best packaging solutions.

- The role involves networking, pitching, problem-solving, and building lasting relationships with businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the entire sales cycle understanding customer needs.

-Develop relationships and build trust with clients.

- Utilize Excel for data analysis and reporting.

- Monitor and assess sales performance metrics.

- Maintain accurate sales activity records.

- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market trends to your reporting head.

-Requirement Criteria:

- Proven track record in leading full sales cycle.

- 2-3 years of sales experience in the packaging industry.

- Valid UAE Driving License.

- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.

- Passion for sales and a drive to exceed targets.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields.

- Proficiency in MS Excel.

- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work individually and in a team.

- Immediate availability is preferred.
