Junior Sales Executive, Dubai

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate sales executive to join our sales team, working with a cross section of our clients across Middle East, developing strong relationships and providing excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will be a high energy, articulate self-starter with the desire to develop their sales career within a fast-paced team. Specifically, this role will include:
• Responding to incoming enquiries across multiple service lines, closing opportunities and triaging more complex sales to the correct sales specialist.
• Effectively using the Companys CRM system in order to track and develop sales opportunities.
• Being fully conversant in our solutions and advising clients on services and products through upselling and cross-selling.
• Maintain a well-developed pipeline of prospects and client data, updating status reports daily.
• Develop and maintain an excellent understanding of customer needs, while communicating pain points to appropriate departments.
• Monitor and record all sales figures and produce monthly sales reports.
• Being able to liaise and effectively communicate with all other departments, particularly Operations & Finance
• Assisting with sales pitches, proposal writing, quotations and other sales administration as required.
• Making effective use of all internal IT systems to produce quotations, designs and other project specific information.
• Developing and maintaining an excellent understanding of key customer needs by following up on enquiries and leads coming into the business within required time frames.
• Perform other tasks as instructed by the Management.
Essential Skills & Experience.
Candidates must possess the following skills and experience:
• Demonstrable experience of working in a sales function in a fast-paced organisation.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience of working to targets in a customer-centric environment.
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with internal and external parties.
• Excellent communicator both in writing, on the telephone and in person and will have an eye for detail and a desire to get it right first time.
• Fluency in English is a must.
