Respond to inquiries from assigned customers and effectively convert leads into sales at competitive prices.
Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities to expand the business.
Client Visits & Relationship Building:
Conduct site and office visits to both existing and potential clients to strengthen relationships and explore new business opportunities.
Maintain strong communication with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable solutions.
Order Management & Coordination:
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products as per customer orders.
Assist customers in clearing necessary documentation for invoice submission.
Invoicing & Payment Follow-ups:
Ensure invoices are submitted on time and verify that all invoices in the statement of account are accurately recorded under the respective customer accounts.
Follow up on customer payments to ensure timely collection and notify the credit department about high-risk customers.
Sales & Target Achievement:
Plan and schedule daily activities effectively to maximize productivity.
Work towards achieving sales and collection targets as per company objectives.
Reporting & Compliance:
Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all sales activities.
