Job Purpose:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be supporting our Sales Department by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, building and maintaining customer relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to B2B and B2C client inquiries with prompt assistance.
• Dispatch product samples to prospective clients.
• Process customer orders and coordinate shipments with logistics.
• Manage customer databases and CRM systems to ensure accurate data entry.
• Assist in creating and managing sales documents and reports.
• Manage ongoing client communication through email and phone.
• Work with the marketing team on sales campaigns and promotions.
• Identify and target potential clients to expand the customer base.
• Nurture relationships with clients and prospects to ensure high customer satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or issues.
• Follow up with clients post-sale to gather feedback and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities.
• Travel to GCC for business purposes, as necessary.
• Promote the company and build strong relationships with partners and customers.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years in customer service/sales position, experience in HORECA is a plus point.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English - mandatory.
• Has a valid UAE driving license.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Ability to handle administrative tasks and documentation efficiently.
• Currently in UAE, ready to start immediately.
