•Job Summary •
The Junior Safety cum Installation Coordinator role requires thorough attention to detail, concern for the exact correctness of work, and a strong commitment to tasks being completed on time. He is expected to work in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at once, and will work closely with internal personnel.
•Job Responsibilities •
Health and safety
• Attend DDF meetings in order meet safety guidelines
• Assisting in safety audits and inspections
• Implementing safety procedures in sites
• Training employees on safety protocols
• Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations.
• Keeping records of safety-related incidents and activities.
• Daily monitoring of site progress, quality and safety
Site Installation
• Manage and produce accurate formal reports in accordance with business timetable, able to forecast the project requirements
• Assist the project installation schedule keeping track of each activity in order to complete on time
• Analyze bottleneck of project and report the same to Project Manager on time and take immediate preventive action to bring in project timeline
• Participate in planning major projects and resolve conflicts during execution/installation
• Supervise activities related to projects by providing inputs to production depart/ design team/ management
• Assist senior installation coordinator with site surveying & coordination and supervision of sub-contractors for the interior design, renovation and fitting out works
• Liaise and coordinate with external consultants, vendors / sub-contractors for project management to ensure quality project delivery
• Consult with design and production team to define production and aesthetic standards for displays
• Determine vendor participation based on supplier's core competencies, ability to meet deadlines and cost parameters
• Coordinate with in-house teams/ departmental heads and colleagues officially, whenever required, with respect to any matters under your purview
• Facilitate project planning workshops, team meetings and stakeholder updates/ presentations
• Coordinate with all parties to ensure the perfect work flow during all phases of shop drawing, execution, installation and submittal
• Plan and execute installation of units at clients' premises including team capacity and requirements
• Ensure installation of the project within the time and cost following quality parameters and effective resource utilization
• Accomplish Installation reports and Project Completion Certificates
•Job Skills and Qualification •
• Minimum 2-4 years in Installation coordination in commercial interiors/ fit out refurbishments experience.
• Relevant safety certifications (e.g., Certified Safety Professional/NEBOSH).
• Degree/Diploma or any certificate course in Civil Engineering/ Interior Designing/ Architecture.
• Strong leadership experience and skills.
• Excellent organizational, oral and written communication skills.
