You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, shortlisting candidates and Admin tasks for various job positions. - Source potential candidates through online channels, such as LinkedIn and job portals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates\' suitability for the role.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews and follow up on the hiring process.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
