Junior Recruiter

to join our dynamic HR team. In this entry-level role, you will assist with the recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and supporting the overall hiring efforts to meet organizational goals. Key Responsibilities:

Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions. Conduct initial phone screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. Post job openings on job boards, social media, and internal platforms. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure an organized and efficient recruitment process. Assist with creating job descriptions and other recruitment-related documents. Coordinate and schedule interviews, and provide necessary materials for candidates and interviewers. Conduct reference checks and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and new employee orientation. Maintain recruitment records and generate reports on hiring activity. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field. Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with social media platforms and job boards for recruiting. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
