Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, providing them with exceptional customer service.
Manage reservations and assist guests with inquiries over the phone, email, and in person.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation at the reception area.
Support the management team in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Requirements:

Previous 2 years plus experience in a customer service or receptionist role is advantageous
Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional European languages such as French, Italian, or Spanish is a bonus.
