Quantity Surveyor- Civil Diploma/QS Diploma
- Excellent academic record (grade 10, plus two specially)
- Strong mathematical knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail
- Analytical thinking skills
- Understanding of engineering science and technology
- Knowledge of building and construction
- Ability to use own initiative
- Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in UAE in contracting company / Freshers also can apply.
- Holding Diploma or equivalent degree in Quantity Surveyor is preferable
- Familiarity with forms of contracts
- Conversant in AUTO CAD, and CAD Measure based measurements
- Familiarity with MS Office Package (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint& Outlook)
- Taking off quantities of Sub-Structure, Architectural and landscaping and Structural work
