Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Cost Planning and Estimation: Develop detailed cost estimates and budgets based on project design and specifications.

• Quantity Takeoff: Perform accurate and comprehensive quantity takeoffs as per drawings, specifications and bill of quantities.

• Tender Documentation: Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQ) and tender documentation for the tendering process.

• Subcontractor Evaluation: Assist in evaluating and selecting subcontractors and suppliers by analyzing submitted quotations against project requirements and budgets.

• Risk Assessment: Identify potential risks and incorporate them into cost estimates and tender documents.

• Collaboration: Site support (from the head office) with the site team to ensure all requirements are clearly defined and met.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.

• At least 2 years of experience in quantity surveying, preferably in UAE.

• Experience working on various construction projects.

• Able to multitask and work under pressure.

• Should be available in UAE. Immediate joining.
