Job Description
Bachelor's Degree : Typically in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Technical Skills

• Measurement and Takeoff
Key Responsibilities
• Assist in Cost Estimation : Support the preparation of detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
• Tender Documentation : Help prepare and compile tender documentation, including bills of quantities, schedules of rates, and other relevant documents.
• Data Collection and Analysis : Gather and analyze data on construction costs, materials, and labor.
• Subcontractor and Supplier Liaison : Communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain quotes and clarify project requirements.
• Reporting : Assist in preparing reports on project costs, progress, and financial status.
Immediate Requirement
Visit/Spouse/ cancelled Visa is a must

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
