Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Purchase Executive to join our team at Sunny Wellness and Medical Centre. The successful candidate will assist in the procurement of medical supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring timely and cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high standards of quality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and procuring medical supplies, equipment, and services as per the center's requirements.
• Support the evaluation and selection of suppliers based on quality, cost, and reliability.
• Assist in negotiating contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in managing stock replenishment to avoid shortages.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier performance.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of procured items.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present reports on procurement activities as required.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the healthcare or medical industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of medical supplies and equipment.
• Familiarity with procurement software and ERP systems
