Junior Proposals And Registrations Coordinator – Abu Dhabi

Job Description

Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
  • Co-ordinating the production of tender submissions - using templates and company information to produce draft submissions, document formatting, following up input required, proof reading, quality review, printing and submission.
  • Receiving and recording all new opportunities
  • Completion of pre-qualification documents
  • Completion and maintenance of registrations, supplier questionnaires and client portals
  • Participating in go / no go decision making, subsequently recording and communicating the outcomes
  • Maintaining accurate and timely records of bids and their outcomes, from which management reporting can be produced
  • Supporting the Bid Manager to improve the quality of bid production and management
  • Communicating with clients, via phone and email, to answer questions, provide updates and seek feedback relating to bids at any stage prior to award
  • Preparation of marketing/proposal support information and ensuring literature is up to date
Person specification:
  • Educated to degree level, suited to either a recent graduate or one years experience
  • Excellent English literacy and written/verbal communication skills
  • Competent user of all Microsoft packages (Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage a large volume of information/documents
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Ability to use their own initiative and problem solve
  • Friendly and approachable, with a willingness to learn
  • Ability to work with a variety of people at all levels of the business, inside and outside of the immediate team
  • Flexible attitude and willingness to work in other areas of the team when support is needed
