This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with minimal experience who are eager to embark on a rewarding career in real estate.

As a Junior Property Consultant, you will assist clients in finding, buying, selling, or renting properties. You will receive comprehensive training to understand client needs, provide expert advice, and manage transactions. This commission-based role offers high earning potential for dedicated individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Help clients buy, sell, and rent properties.
• Conduct property viewings and present detailed property information.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and property owners.
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and property values.
• Negotiate deals and ensure seamless transactions.
• Provide outstanding customer service and follow-up with clients.

Skills and Requirements:

• Fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand and meet client needs.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office.
• Fluency in English.
• A valid driver's license is a plus but not essential.
