EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-timeJOB DESCRIPTION:

• Represent the company in an ethical and respectful manner
• Interface with the military personnel at all levels
• Lead and coordinate the day-to-day operation of the project
• Actively participate in daily briefings and meetings, sends daily report to the client.
• Coordinate inventory and orders of stocks for consumables
• Manage all tasks related to storage, tools, logistics, delivery of supplies, etc.
• Transport/drive the assigned vehicle to assigned locations
• Handle employees and client\'s concerns and react quickly with positive approach
• Full responsibility and compliance of Safety and Security policies at the site
• Ability to foster business opportunities on site
• Coordinate all tasks with the head office in Dubai and management
• Manage credit card transactions for special purchases
• Provide direction to onsite teams and suppliers
• Control critical/emergency situations and seek immediate resolutions while ensuring minimum disruption to the business
• Ensure alignment of standards to comply with the military requirements to achieve all SLA\'s and KPI\'s
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and procedures within the facilities environment implement innovative programs, processes, and procedures that
• Reduce short and long-term operating costs while increasing productivity and the workplace experience

Requirements: QUALIFICATIONS:

• Open to Male, Filipino nationals, between 28 and 35 years old
• Must have UAE driving license
• Preferably non smoker
• Strong English communication skills
• Great customer service skills with positive attitude
• Team player and flexible
• Experience in logistics or facility management of procurements or project management
• Can join immediately
