Job Description

1. Conduct pre-sales Site Survey for cost estimation and Review post sales Site Survey to compare the proposal and current site situation.

2. Manage including conceptualization, design, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of all technical elements including Job Completion Report & Exit Check-list.

3. Managing and participating in planning and coordination meetings with engineering and design team.

4. Design, value engineering, installation, testing and commissioning of ELV systems, and structured cabling systems, etc.

5. Prepare detailed engineering documents, including technical solutions, documentation, for project execution as per BOQ at the time of kick off meeting.

6. Evaluating and documenting all project activity before the start of the project and the credential details before project completion in ERP.

7. Execute the project within the agreed time frame, providing technical support, maintaining documentation, and leading the pre-sales and project implementation team.

8. Studying project plan and specifications, calculating time requirements and sequencing project activity - men/material and checking the dependencies at the site and recommending actions.

9. Develop and implement inspection and test plan, checks sheets and method statement with the project team checking for all quality related procedures at site.

10. Coordinate the work with Client, Project Manager, Project Lead and subcontractors to ensure that the ELV systems are installed in accordance with the design & drawing specifications and project requirements.

11. Coordinating the materials required with Project and Procurement.

12. Recognize critical design issues and resolve them on time by making necessary
design / drawing changes and obtaining required approvals.

13. Coordinate and implement configuration, conduct testing and commissioning of ELV systems and ensure that they meet the performance standards and regulations.

14. Coordinating with QA engineer & performing QA inspections at stage intervals.

15. Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.

16. Request inspections for testing and commissioning.

17. Attend/ coordinate all Service calls.

18. Provide training to clients and end-users on the proper use and maintenance of the ELV systems.

19. Coordinate with suppliers/ OEM partners for technical discussions, evaluation, and testing of the ELV product portfolio.

20. Maintain the quality of products, services, customer support and level of service in line with service level agreements and other retention strategies.

21. Attending routine and ad-hoc project meetings as deemed necessary to advance engineering design and delivery.

22. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements with architects, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.

23. Coordinating and communicating to ensure an effective exchange of information regarding services and system, maintainability, and functional operations.

24. Coordinating with Client & collecting documents required for SIRA portal works.

25. Coordinating with SIRA team, uploading drawings and necessary documents and complete coordination till the inspection pass.

26. Maintaining effective oversight of subordinate employees ensuring adherence to work quality, schedules, and company policies and procedures.

27. Monitoring overall progress and use of resources, initiating corrective action where necessary directly managing and motivating the team.

28. Maintaining daily / weekly progress and observation notes regarding all aspects of a project and updated at timely intervals to Project Manager and the Client.

29. Any other job as emanating from Director - Operations / Project Manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
